Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Armando Meireles got the match started through his kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Exército Português's Armando Meireles slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julio Vera. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Armando Meireles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Exército Português's Armando Meireles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Armando Meireles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Exército Português's Armando Meireles got a free kick in the 20th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Petruț Dicu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When Bruno Soveral fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Exército Português's protests and gave Bruno Soveral a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Exército Português's Bruno Soveral got a free kick in the 28th minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Soveral in the 34th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Bruno Soveral made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Exército Português's Armando Meireles came free and shot a quick shot against goal 37 minutes in the game, fortunately Julio Vera had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Exército Português's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Petruț Dicu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 43rd minute of play forced Exército Português's goalkeeper Petruț Dicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th match minute, Exército Português was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Przybylski to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruno Soveral went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Petruț Dicu in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Primitivo Andino got a throw-in 63 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Felix Montenegro. In the 72nd minute Bruno Soveral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Exército Português's Armando Meireles. But to his dismay, Armando Meireles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Exército Português made a substitution. Toro Lindø replaced Nicolas Gois. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Meireles in the 79th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petruț Dicu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Exército Português's Eliseu Fragoso was substituted for Ian Van Den Driessche. Exército Português's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
