The supporters of New Loser FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roberto Nunes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 69 minutes, Joakim Asserlind managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New Loser FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joakim Asserlind was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roberto Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, New Loser FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Janar Lehismets reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 94 played minutes, New Loser FC's Joakim Asserlind shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julio Vera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in New Loser FC reached it.
