Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Adrian Txanton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baltasar Santana. Baltasar Santana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, EL REY DE LA CARNE's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Baltasar Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 minutes EL REY DE LA CARNE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Felix Montenegro managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 24th minute of play forced EL REY DE LA CARNE's goalkeeper Baltasar Santana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho scored 0-2 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baltasar Santana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Santana having to interfere. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Adrian Txanton tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adrian Txanton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. In the 38th minute of the match EL REY DE LA CARNE got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Salvador Eusko ran over to the corner to take the kick. EL REY DE LA CARNE's Baltasar Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 80th minute of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Gomesano in the 81st minute of play.
