When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Leonel Enaut sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. Leonel Enauts short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Benito Sanz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kekambas FC fully deserved thier win.
