Quinto Fonticoba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lucrețiu Grigore showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 33rd minute, Lautaro Mancebo made a precise shot to the right of Quinto Fonticoba. Grêmio Prudente's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Grêmio Prudente's Quinto Fonticoba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 37th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edson Ribeiro in the 55th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gomesano Gatica in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Grêmio Prudente's Luan Negri got a free kick in the 60th minute. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Quinto Fonticoba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute of the match Eleuterio Gaztea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Lacasa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucrețiu Grigore in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edson Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 74th minute, Luca Rouco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 80th minute of play forced Grêmio Prudente's goalkeeper Quinto Fonticoba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was a well-played corner which Luca Zorita managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand.
