The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dries De Hondt in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dries De Hondt in the 87th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas made in the 89th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ❦2023❃昕逸航❃铜山古城❥小岛时光❦'s 王景迪. The throw-in from Guillermo Mariano in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ❦2023❃昕逸航❃铜山古城❥小岛时光❦'s 王景迪. 91 minutes into the match, Dries De Hondt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dries De Hondt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
