Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Falkenhide F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Mattia Perin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Falkenhide F.C's Mattia Perin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 4th minute of play. After some careless play in the Falkenhide F.C defense, Tomas Berganza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mattia Perin. The Falkenhide F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mattia Perin should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michael Schumacher during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Michael Schumacher kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Jose Carita hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute Ireno Sturmheit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 15 minutes, Tomas Berganza made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Falkenhide F.C's Mattia Perin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mattia Perin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 17th minute of play. Panama were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Falkenhide F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abraham Alguacil took the corner. The corner led to Panama's Miguel Miralles getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Falkenhide F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Mattia Perin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Cambeiro in the 25th minute of play forced Falkenhide F.C's goalkeeper Mattia Perin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Falkenhide F.C's Michael Schumacher got his second yellow card of the match in the 40th minute. The referee ordered Michael Schumacher off the ground. In the 41st match minute, Falkenhide F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Schumacher to maneuver through the defense. Mattia Perin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Clarence Seedorf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Falkenhide F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abraham Alguacil was slow to take the kick. During this time Panama's players had a chance to rest. After the first half Panama were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Ireno Sturmheit made the kick off in the second half. Michel Schwering lost his temper 54 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 53rd minute, one of Falkenhide F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Falkenhide F.C. In the 59th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattia Perin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Miguel Miralles fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mattia Perin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattia Perin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattia Perin having to interfere. Jose Carita made in the 71st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Miguel Miralles immediately put the ball in play. Mattia Perin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Miralles's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. If Alex Cambeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattia Perin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mattia Perin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mattia Perin saved Falkenhide F.C from getting behind. Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Falkenhide F.C's Mattia Perin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 90th minute of play. Geno Boykov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Cotilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Panama played a much better game than Falkenhide F.C and deserved their victory. The Falkenhide F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
