Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Qian Lin Yu got free with Julio Vera in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 42nd minute of play forced HALO HANGZHOU's goalkeeper Du Jie Ran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, HALO HANGZHOU's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Du Jie Ran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Desislav Sergeev was the one to do the kick off. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. HALO HANGZHOU's Bo-Erik McNamara was substituted for Desislav Sergeev. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qian Lin Yu in the 69th minute of the match. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wang Chen Hong was slow to take the kick. During this time HALO HANGZHOU's players had a chance to rest. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Du Jie Ran made a huge save. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Du Jie Ran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agustín Saelices might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Du Jie Ran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agustín Saelices ran back to his position shaking his head. Du Jie Ran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Du Jie Ran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 84th minute. 86 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Du Jie Ran was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Ecuador booed when HALO HANGZHOU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qian Rong didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
