The crowd rose to their feet as Colombo A.C.'s Ricardinho Dantas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. 19 minutes into the match, Colombo A.C.'s Ricardinho Dantas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Kevin Mastache came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevin Mastache couldn't finish the play. Ali Nejat Özertem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 23rd minute of play. In the 23rdth minute of the game Abram Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colombo A.C.'s Ali Nejat Özertem was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ali Nejat Özertem. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. Ali Nejat Özertem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Ricardinho Dantas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares. Ricardinho Dantas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Manoel Alagoano made in the 34th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Colombia's Orlando Tafalla. Manoel Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Ali Nejat Özertem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Nejat Özertem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santino Seco in the 43rd minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Ali Nejat Özertem successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 55 played minutes Colombo A.C. got a freekick which was hit by Adrien Caillol. Colombo A.C.'s Ali Nejat Özertem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Colombo A.C. from getting a goal against them. Colombia were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Colombo A.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Montenegro took the corner. Axel Montenegro made a great header on Colombia's corner, it was just that Colombo A.C.'s Ali Nejat Özertem managed to reach the ball for a save. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Burufski in the 81st minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Colombia walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
