Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. Javier Tono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Tosun Paşa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tosun Paşa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 9 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Leoz. If Facundo Cadaval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Javier Tono took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tosun Paşa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Dante Lacasa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tosun Paşa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. Javier Tono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 23rd minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Tono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tosun Paşa might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tosun Paşa ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 41st minute of play forced Vaqueteros FC's goalkeeper Javier Tono to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tosun Paşa got free with Dante Lacasa in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tosun Paşa made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Vaqueteros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Javier Tono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Javier Tono made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Javier Tono showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tosun Paşa in the 63rd minute of play. Tosun Paşa might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tosun Paşa ran back to his position shaking his head. Vaqueteros FC made a substitution. Gilberto Fremont replaced Cai Wei Xu. Vaqueteros FC's Angelo Haitz was substituted for Leroy Sane. 71 minutes into the game, Vaqueteros FC's Gilberto Fremont nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lautaro Mancebo during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Lautaro Mancebo hit a great ball. After 79 played minutes Vaqueteros FC got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Fernández. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fikret Uluğ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vaqueteros FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mexico had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
