Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute, Liu Feng Jing got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Malcolm Saunders kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the game, Eliseo Cresenciano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Liu Feng Jing kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. Tomas Illescas, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Reyes was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 23rd match minute, C.A.P.J. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Kellenberger to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abel Reyes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. 26 minutes into the match, C.A.P.J.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Abel Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Joshua Secada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 32 in the game by Serafin Criston from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. Liu Feng Jing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Serafin Criston got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 3-0. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute of the match, Serafin Criston got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonathan Ferrant was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serafin Criston to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Serafin Criston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Serafin Criston kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 61st minute, Denis Karmel made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Criston in the 64th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 67thth minute of the game Serafin Criston who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 68th minute, Malcolm Saunders hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute of the match C.A.P.J. got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nicodim Alecu ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the game, Jose Correa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.P.J. the free kick. In the 90th of the match, Patricio Costa tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Abel Reyes got in the way and made a wonderful save. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Reyes having to interfere. If Denis Karmel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
