Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Abram Sarmiento made the kick off and thus started the match. Marquez Padolles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Fausto Romero took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 14 played minutes Coritiba Foot Ball Club got a freekick which was hit by Pedrinho Godoi. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvaro Rudolfo having to make a save. Alvaro Rudolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Kevin Mastache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Montenegro in the 19th minute of play. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Rudolfo. Alvaro Rudolfo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Alvaro Rudolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 23rd minute of play. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Rudolfo. Alvaro Rudolfo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 28th minute, Wawrzyniec Gargasz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Antonio Indiano fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Colombia's protests and gave Antonio Indiano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Antonio Indiano hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marquez Padolles. The supporters of Colombia booed when Coritiba Foot Ball Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrinho Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Colombia's Pascual Carballar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Toninho Gomes, made in the 36th minute of the game. When Colombia's Abram Sarmiento in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Coritiba Foot Ball Club's goalie prevented a goal. 38 minutes into the game, Fausto Romero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Coritiba Foot Ball Club booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santino Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Thor Machado broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The Coritiba Foot Ball Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Colombia were winning 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fausto Romero was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Santino Seco hit a great ball. 52 minutes into the game, Fausto Romero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Marquez Padolles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Fausto Romero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquez Padolles in the 62nd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Marquez Padolles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 73 minutes, Márk Sári managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Márk Sári was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute Fausto Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Colombia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Thor Machado was slow to take the kick. During this time Coritiba Foot Ball Club's players had a chance to rest. Alvaro Rudolfo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Secada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fausto Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Romero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After a rather tough play, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Carlos Eduardo Dracena got a free kick in the 89th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's goalkeeper Alvaro Rudolfo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Carballar. Alvaro Rudolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Mastache in the 91st minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Coritiba Foot Ball Club players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
