But to his dismay, Humberto Suazo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Federico Garci hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the game, Humberto Suazo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Merdin Merdaci was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Severiano Theodore made in the 35th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Omar Salomone however managed to control. In the 44th minute, Humberto Suazo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Merdin Merdaci was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.
