Esteban Cambiasso ran over to the corner to take the kick. When La Armada Buscapina's Alejandro Papaggelatos in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Paulopolis's attentive Denílson Sena managed to snatch the ball when Camilo Claus made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. Cayetano Rito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Papaggelatos in the 27th minute of play. Denílson Sena got a throw-in 28 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Maurício Motta. Alejandro Papaggelatos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cayetano Rito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Papaggelatos in the 32nd minute of the match. Cayetano Rito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Papaggelatos, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 34 minutes of play, La Armada Buscapina's Alejandro Papaggelatos made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cayetano Rito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Paulopolis's zone, 贺剑永 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cayetano Rito came out of the goal and 贺剑永 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cayetano Rito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Papaggelatos in the 42nd minute of the match. After 46 played minutes Paulopolis got a freekick which was hit by Cícero Reis. After the first half La Armada Buscapina were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejandro Papaggelatos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. La Armada Buscapina's Chupan Moco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dieguinho Amaral in the 54th minute of play. With a little luck, Paulopolis's Cayetano Rito got control of the ball when Alejandro Papaggelatos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alejandro Papaggelatos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Cayetano Rito made a huge save. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Paulopolis's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Esteban Cambiasso was slow to take the kick. During this time La Armada Buscapina's players had a chance to rest. Chupan Moco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Paulo Sabóia in the 61st minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Alejandro Papaggelatos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Cayetano Rito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dieguinho Amaral in the 67th minute of play forced La Armada Buscapina's goalkeeper Chupan Moco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 贺剑永's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cayetano Rito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Cayetano Rito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alejandro Papaggelatos went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. La Armada Buscapina's Denílson Ronaldinho was substituted for Alejandro Papaggelatos. In the 75th match minute, Paulopolis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denílson Sena to maneuver through the defense. Denílson Ronaldinho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Cayetano Rito skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 82 minutes, Denílson Ronaldinho made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Paulopolis's Cayetano Rito tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Chupan Moco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dieguinho Amaral in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Camilo Claus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the game, Denílson Ronaldinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Cayetano Rito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Denílson Ronaldinho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Cayetano Rito when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. La Armada Buscapina had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
