After 6 played minutes, SANTOS FC- FDFDF's Seçkin Ünlüol shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Orlando da Cunha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SANTOS FC- FDFDF reached it. Neil Mcinnes struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Orlando da Cunha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SANTOS FC- FDFDF. Orlando da Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neil Mcinnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dinei Tinoco kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Neil Mcinnes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando da Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogelio Urtungo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erivaldo Catarinense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rogelio Urtungo in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute Neil Mcinnes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando da Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando da Cunha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Neil Mcinnes went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Garopaba F.C booed when SANTOS FC- FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Teles didn't get a good kick on the ball. 1-1 became the score in the 36th minute when Dedé Correia elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Neil Mcinnes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orlando da Cunha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Garopaba F.C's Orlando da Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lleir Santiso in the 45th minute of play. After having played for 48 minutes, Rogelio Urtungo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garopaba F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogelio Urtungo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Neil Mcinnes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Neil Mcinnes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orlando da Cunha having to make a save. 53 minutes into the match, Garopaba F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Neil Mcinnes came free, but Orlando da Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Neil Mcinnes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SANTOS FC- FDFDF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Dedé Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garopaba F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Dedé Correia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erivaldo Catarinense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of SANTOS FC- FDFDF booed when Garopaba F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marconi Galvan didn't get a good kick on the ball. SANTOS FC- FDFDF made a substitution. Sun Sha Xiong replaced Lleir Santiso. In the 87th match minute, Garopaba F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauan dos Santos to maneuver through the defense. After 87 played minutes Garopaba F.C got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Gajardo. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Seçkin Ünlüol managed to get in a good position for a shot. SANTOS FC- FDFDF's supporters rose to their feet, but Seçkin Ünlüol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando da Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Seçkin Ünlüol might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orlando da Cunha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Seçkin Ünlüol ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Neil Mcinnes managed to get in a good position for a shot. SANTOS FC- FDFDF's supporters rose to their feet, but Neil Mcinnes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando da Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Garopaba F.C supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SANTOS FC- FDFDF's performance. The match ended with a win for SANTOS FC- FDFDF.
