Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Descamisados CF's Jairo Baraquiel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lawrence Lawless made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rogelio Urtungo in the 3rd minute. The Descamisados CF fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Descamisados CF's Jairo Baraquiel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Orlando da Cunha came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Descamisados CF's Jairo Baraquiel. But to his dismay, Jairo Baraquiel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Rogelio Urtungo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lawrence Lawless having to interfere. Orlando da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Baraquiel in the 32nd minute of the match. 42 minutes into the game, Keven Swift was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Garopaba F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Descamisados CF the free kick. When Fabian Plaski came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Descamisados CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Plaski couldn't finish the play. After the first half Descamisados CF were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rogelio Urtungo to make the kick off. Jairo Baraquiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Orlando da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Baraquiel in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Urtungo in the 58th minute of play forced Descamisados CF's goalkeeper Lawrence Lawless to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th match minute, Descamisados CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Bochini to maneuver through the defense. Descamisados CF's Adrian Txartiko was substituted for Jairo Baraquiel. Ricardo Bochini kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Ludomir Kaider could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Orlando da Cunha made a huge save. Descamisados CF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabian Plaski in the 70th minute. Orlando da Cunha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ludomir Kaider's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. 79 minutes into the match, Garopaba F.C's Rogelio Urtungo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lawrence Lawless narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Orlando da Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Txartiko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Urtungo in the 81st minute of play forced Descamisados CF's goalkeeper Lawrence Lawless to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ludomir Kaider's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Orlando da Cunha firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 87th minute Celestino Artaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando da Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Descamisados CF's Lawrence Lawless played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dedé Correia in the 88th minute of play. Celestino Artaldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Orlando da Cunha made a huge save. Descamisados CF's Fabian Plaski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Orlando da Cunha in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Descamisados CF played a much better game than Garopaba F.C and deserved their victory. The Garopaba F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
