Wambasther Özil was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 7th minute. Garopaba F.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Victorio Quico was a little too slow when Rogelio Urtungo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-0. Eriberto Remir hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Rogelio Urtungo made a precise shot to the right of Victorio Quico. ATE AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fredric Skog in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orlando da Cunha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 19 minutes into the match, ATE AFC's goalkeeper Victorio Quico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rogelio Urtungo. After 20 played minutes Garopaba F.C got a freekick which was hit by Yanne Van Meerbeeck. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Gabriel Bartolome managed to get in a good position for a shot. ATE AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Bartolome was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando da Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victorio Quico stood somewhat misplaced when Rogelio Urtungo came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 26 minute. Orlando da Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Weterio in the 29th minute of play. Victorio Quico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rogelio Urtungo in the 32nd minute. Victorio Quico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dedé Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Dedé Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Quico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cauan dos Santos during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 46 played minutes Garopaba F.C got a freekick which was hit by Cauan dos Santos.

Tobias Wijgaert made in the 54th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gabriel Bartolome. ATE AFC's Victorio Quico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dedé Correia in the 63rd minute of play. Fredric Skog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Orlando da Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ATE AFC made a substitution. Eusebio Mano replaced Fredric Skog. Victorio Quico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Urtungo in the 67th minute of the match. After 68th play minutes Rogelio Urtungo shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Victorio Quico and just under the crossbar into goal. Rogelio Urtungo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the game, Doriva Gomes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Garopaba F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ATE AFC the free kick. A collision led to Garopaba F.C getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Doriva Gomes hit a great ball. Garopaba F.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
