Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Angel Xabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Nicasio Amor, made in the 36th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Lukas Lundgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. The referee showed Lukas Lundgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lukas Lundgren hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. 65 minutes into the match, Sérgio Aguero notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 69 minutes into the match, POSSE 1911 FC's Lukas Lundgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 71 minutes, Eustacio Dolfo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the POSSE 1911 FC and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 72nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Angel Xabel but with some difficulty. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukas Lundgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Lukas Lundgren took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0.
