One Piece FC's Inocencio Felipo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 3rd minute of play. After some careless play in the One Piece FC defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Inocencio Felipo. The One Piece FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Inocencio Felipo should have stopped the shot. Serapio Reigada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Inocencio Felipo quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cordeara Sanjuan got free with Dante Lacasa in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lautaro Mancebo in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inocencio Felipo saved One Piece FC from getting behind. Inocencio Felipo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, One Piece FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Inocencio Felipo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of One Piece FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Rouco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Eneche, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, Orlando Orlando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Felipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Orlando Orlando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Orlando Orlando blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Orlando, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee showed Orlando Eneche the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th match minute, One Piece FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Eneche to maneuver through the defense.
