Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Axel Tasis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. After 7 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Valdo Veloso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdo Veloso got free with Benito Sanz in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Davi Lamonica kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Davi Lamonica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Sanz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Davi Lamonica showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 31 minute of play. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Hugo Ferrant hit a great ball. Valdo Veloso scored 5-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valdo Veloso was the one to do the kick off. Eliseo Noboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrício Negri having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Hugo Ferrant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Valdo Veloso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdo Veloso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. After having played for 66 minutes, Lautaro Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Puig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dinamo Colorado made a substitution. Fabinho Netto replaced Ademar Vieira. In the 71st minute, Valdo Veloso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 75th minute, Davi Lamonica made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. In the 80th minute, Efrain Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dinamo Colorado's Paulinho Guedes was substituted for Davi Lamonica. If Valdo Veloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdo Veloso in the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Valdo Veloso notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 91st minute, Cristian Novaes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dinamo Colorado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. If Valdo Veloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 96th minute, Valdo Veloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Dinamo Colorado fully deserved thier win.
