An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luís Lima in the 6th minute of play forced BRASIL.Sp's goalkeeper Gildo Nogueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Inácio de Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Inácio de Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gildo Nogueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the BRASIL.Sp defense, Pedro Luís Lima kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gildo Nogueira. The BRASIL.Sp fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gildo Nogueira should have stopped the shot. BRASIL.Sp's attentive Luciano Tinoco managed to snatch the ball when Otávio Paraense made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. Ian Martins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Jean Donato made a huge save. Gildo Nogueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luís Lima in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, BRASIL.Sp's goal looked a bit too open when Otávio Paraense came free, but Gildo Nogueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dorival Viana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s goalkeeper Jean Donato had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ian Martins.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ian Martins to make the kick off. Gildo Nogueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorival Viana, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Inácio de Lima notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of BRASIL.Sp's Gildo Nogueira. Gildo Nogueira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Milan da Freguesia F.C. made a substitution. Christian Monteiro replaced Juvenal de Queiroz. In the 70th match minute, BRASIL.Sp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermínio Neiva to maneuver through the defense. Jean Donato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermínio Neiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean Donato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. When Emerson Barbosa fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BRASIL.Sp's protests and gave Emerson Barbosa a yellow card for diving instead. 86 minutes into the match, Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Luís Paulo Zonta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gildo Nogueira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 87 minutes into the game, Dorival Viana recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gildo Nogueira. Dorival Viana showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Luís Paulo Zonta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Gildo Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Milan da Freguesia F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BRASIL.Sp throughout the match.
