Alfred Pasterski came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Pedro Luís Lima. But to his dismay, Pedro Luís Lima quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Alfred Pasterski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorival Viana in the 11th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Dzikie Węże i Herbata's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Luís Lima came free, but Alfred Pasterski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dzikie Węże i Herbata's Alfred Pasterski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luís Lima in the 20th minute of play. Pedro Luís Lima might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfred Pasterski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Luís Lima ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfred Pasterski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorival Viana in the 27th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Dzikie Węże i Herbata defense, Pedro Luís Lima kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfred Pasterski. The Dzikie Węże i Herbata fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfred Pasterski should have stopped the shot. Alfred Pasterski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luís Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorival Viana in the 44th minute of play forced Dzikie Węże i Herbata's goalkeeper Alfred Pasterski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Pedro Luís Lima ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfred Pasterski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After the first half Milan da Freguesia F.C. were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bogdan Erland to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Nilmar Berger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dzikie Węże i Herbata the free kick.
