Saint Jean Pierre's late challenge caught a Gloria Bistrita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saint Jean Pierre helped the player get up and apologised. After 4 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Saint Jean Pierre. Victor Cristoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Seide having to interfere. Noel Seide was a little too slow when Victor Cristoiu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dragoş Miniș. After 13 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Alphonse. Haiti's Felix Dorval managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tudor Bulzan in the 20 minute of the game. In the 30th minute, Jonathan Alphonse made a precise shot to the right of Paul Miclescu. Gloria Bistrita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 34th minute of play forced Gloria Bistrita's goalkeeper Paul Miclescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paul Miclescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernso Constant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Gloria Bistrita defense, Jonathan Alphonse kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paul Miclescu. The Gloria Bistrita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paul Miclescu should have stopped the shot. 46 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Marcu Manciulea came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victor Cristoiu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Alphonse got free with Paul Miclescu in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 65 minutes into the match, Gloria Bistrita's goalkeeper Paul Miclescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernso Constant. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dragoş Miniș in the 90th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Alphonse got free with Paul Miclescu in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Haiti's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
