Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sílvio Luiz Linhares kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Alan Moruga got a free kick in the 8th minute. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Luiz Linhares in the 10th minute of play. AC Korban's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Igor Neto in the 12th minute. AC Korban's Igor Neto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benito Sanz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 16th minute, AC Korban's Sílvio Luiz Linhares dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when AC Korban was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidney Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Luiz Linhares came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AC Korban's Teodoro Vinhas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 31st minute of play. When Eliseo Noboa came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Noboa couldn't finish the play. Kléber da Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. If Kléber da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Luiz Linhares in the 38th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Sílvio Luiz Linhares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Sílvio Luiz Linhares got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 4-0. Teodoro Vinhas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 52 in the game by Axel Tasis from a close distance when the talented Teodoro Vinhas managed to make a qualified save. AC Korban's players were relieved. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Luiz Linhares in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Efrain Moruga got a free kick in the 58th minute. Lautaro Puig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute, Lautaro Puig left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Costa Rica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luiz Linhares in the 69th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alan Moruga's late challenge caught a AC Korban's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Moruga helped the player get up and apologised. Alan Moruga hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Sílvio Luiz Linhares succeeded in the game's 75th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-1. A throw-in in the 79th minute of the game was made by Efrain Moruga with Eliseo Noboa as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 81 minutes into the match, AC Korban's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Noboa came free, but Teodoro Vinhas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of AC Korban booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Alcocer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sílvio Luiz Linhares went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. After 91 played minutes AC Korban got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Luiz Linhares. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Sílvio Luiz Linhares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Sílvio Luiz Linhares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alan Moruga was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 96 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. AC Korban's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
