The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee ignored Strömsbro IF's protests and gave Jonatan Gabrielsson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Strömsbro IF getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jonatan Gabrielsson hit a great ball. Strömsbro IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Mai Quan Peng scored to the left of an out of position Ivar Albohm, making the score, 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Mai Quan Peng made the kick off in the second half. Ivar Albohm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mai Quan Peng, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Mai Quan Peng might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivar Albohm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mai Quan Peng ran back to his position shaking his head. Mai Quan Peng made a great header on Seed Town West's corner, it was just that Strömsbro IF's Ivar Albohm managed to reach the ball for a save. Aytaç Sözen hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mai Quan Peng in the 78th minute of play forced Strömsbro IF's goalkeeper Ivar Albohm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Strömsbro IF defense, Mai Quan Peng kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivar Albohm. The Strömsbro IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivar Albohm should have stopped the shot. Mai Quan Peng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Ivar Albohm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ivar Albohm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mai Quan Peng in the 92nd minute of play. Einar Klysnov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Börge Kristiansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Seed Town West walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
