The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos made a precise shot to the right of Pepito Riba. Picanya FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 5 minutes into the match, KIA KAHA's Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pepito Riba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Picanya FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Narcis Ipătescu in the 10th minute. After 11 minutes, 김 천 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Picanya FC and the KIA KAHA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Picanya FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 김 천 to maneuver through the defense. Picanya FC's Pepito Riba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos in the 14th minute of play. Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pepito Riba having to make a save. Pepito Riba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The supporters of KIA KAHA booed when Picanya FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoph Kannegiesser didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 31 minutes, Karl-Erik Lind managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KIA KAHA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Erik Lind was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Picanya FC's Baltasar Pascua dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Pepito Riba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sataporn Snabl in the 38th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Pepito Riba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgard Reyes to make the kick off. Pepito Riba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sataporn Snabl in the 54th minute of the match. Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pepito Riba having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Picanya FC's Christoph Kannegiesser got a free kick in the 59th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as KIA KAHA's Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pepito Riba. That made the score 1-3 after 61 minutes of play. Daniel Glanselius's late challenge caught a Picanya FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Glanselius helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Picanya FC booed when KIA KAHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Glanselius didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute, Daniel Glanselius reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pepito Riba. The goal made the score 1-4. Daniel Glanselius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Pepito Riba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pepito Riba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Glanselius in the 77th minute of play. Picanya FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Nicklas Smitt scored to the left of an out of position Pepito Riba, making the score, 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Glanselius in the 84th minute of play forced Picanya FC's goalkeeper Pepito Riba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 84 played minutes Picanya FC got a freekick which was hit by Hans Halman. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Glanselius in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pepito Riba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 88 minutes into the match, Picanya FC's goalkeeper Pepito Riba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Glanselius. Florentino De la Rosa kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Daniel Glanselius took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pepito Riba. Pepito Riba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Glanselius in the 95th minute of play forced Picanya FC's goalkeeper Pepito Riba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute KIA KAHA were awarded a corner. Karl-Erik Lind went to the cornerflag to take it. Karl-Erik Lind made a great header on KIA KAHA's corner, it was just that Picanya FC's Pepito Riba managed to reach the ball for a save.

KIA KAHA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
