Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Folke Österlund successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 7th minute of the match Slipmaskinerna got a corner. Catugi FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gust Rammer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Slipmaskinerna's Gust Rammer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Folke Österlund in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 9 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goalkeeper Folke Österlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peanut Lord. Folke Österlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Styrbjörn Nilsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 minutes, Peanut Lord made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Catugi FC's Folke Österlund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Nando de Alcântara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zorion Carić was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Nando de Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peanut Lord got free with Folke Österlund in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute, Peanut Lord ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Folke Österlund was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. If Leonel Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Folke Österlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Styrbjörn Nilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Folke Österlund made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Peanut Lord sent off a good shot on target.

Falcão Paes charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Falcão Paes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st minute, Falcão Paes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Folke Österlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peanut Lord, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peanut Lord scored 4-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Folke Österlund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 57 minutes of play, Slipmaskinerna's Styrbjörn Nilsson made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Folke Österlund was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 60th minute Peanut Lord shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Österlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gust Rammer hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute of the match Hernani Travassos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zorion Carić showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 62nd minute, Henrique Félix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Folke Österlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peanut Lord, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Styrbjörn Nilsson in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Folke Österlund saved Catugi FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Styrbjörn Nilsson in the 72nd minute of play forced Catugi FC's goalkeeper Folke Österlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Folke Österlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peanut Lord in the 74th minute of the match. Sungurhan Buminhan hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Sungurhan Buminhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Slipmaskinerna booed when Catugi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aílton Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gust Rammer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 84th minute Mastur Bates shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Österlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Slipmaskinerna's goal looked a bit too open when Nando de Alcântara came free, but Zorion Carić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Catugi FC's Aílton Domingues got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 93rd minute, Mastur Bates made a precise shot to the right of Folke Österlund. Catugi FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0.

Slipmaskinerna walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
