In the 10th minute of the match, Prudencio Bingen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Romulo Eskuin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 12th match minute, C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Vachon to maneuver through the defense. Faustino Bertin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Weather in the 13th minute of the match. Konurbano Atletico's Romulo Eskuin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Konurbano Atletico from getting a goal against them. Nereo Rocio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Faustino Bertin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Tibalt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ermegildo Weather sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Prudencio Bingen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romulo Eskuin. That made the score 1-1 in the 46 minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 56thth minute of the game Ermegildo Weather who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL's Faustino Bertin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nereo Rocio was slow to take the kick. During this time Konurbano Atletico's players had a chance to rest. 63 minutes into the match, Konurbano Atletico's goal looked a bit too open when Ceferino Romero came free, but Romulo Eskuin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Gerazan in the 65th minute of play forced Konurbano Atletico's goalkeeper Romulo Eskuin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermegildo Weathers short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Faustino Bertin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Neither C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL or Konurbano Atletico succeeded in finding a winner during the second half. That meant the players faced another 30 minutes of extra-time.

101 minutes in the game, Ceferino Romero fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Romulo Eskuin having to interfere. The supporters of Konurbano Atletico booed when C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 102 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Romero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ceferino Romero struck a weak shot in the 105th minute. Romulo Eskuin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. A. DEPORTIVO NAHUEL. In the 107th minute, Abel Gutierrez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Faustino Bertin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The Konurbano Atletico supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Konurbano Atletico would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
