After some careless play in the Atlético Montserrat defense, Ulf Hedling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isaias Gurutz. The Atlético Montserrat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isaias Gurutz should have stopped the shot. In the 11th minute, Ulf Hedling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henning Åberg in the 17th minute of play forced Atlético Montserrat's goalkeeper Isaias Gurutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rasmus Fransson in the 18th minute of play forced Atlético Montserrat's goalkeeper Isaias Gurutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Henning Åberg sped through Atlético Montserrat's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Isaias Gurutz. With an all-out effort, Atlético Montserrat's Emanuel Sefastsson threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luisito Fix, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ulf Hedling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Isaias Gurutz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Hedling came free, but Isaias Gurutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Edmund Püss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Gurutz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaias Gurutz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasmus Fransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 39 played minutes FC Bullen got a freekick which was hit by Håkan Wahlnäs. Atlético Montserrat's Isaias Gurutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Püss in the 41st minute of play. Ulf Hedling struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Isaias Gurutz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bullen.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luisito Fix to make the kick off. Henning Åberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isaias Gurutz having to make a save. When Rasmus Fransson came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the FC Bullen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rasmus Fransson couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Henning Åberg sped through Atlético Montserrat's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Isaias Gurutz. The supporters of FC Bullen booed when Atlético Montserrat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Handi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Isaias Gurutz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Isaias Gurutz was a little too slow when Henning Åberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 0-6. Atlético Montserrat's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Rasmus Fransson scored to the left of an out of position Isaias Gurutz, making the score, 0-7. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henning Åberg in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaias Gurutz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Isaias Gurutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulf Hedling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goal looked a bit too open when Henning Åberg came free, but Isaias Gurutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Montserrat's zone, Edmund Püss stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaias Gurutz came out of the goal and Edmund Püss tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Henning Åberg took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Isaias Gurutz to make any attempt to save it. In the 89th minute, FC Bullen's Ulf Hedling ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Isaias Gurutz. Isaias Gurutz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9.

The Atlético Montserrat fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Bullen were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
