In the 5th minute, Victor Heredia made a precise shot to the right of Radoslaw Miarka. Astral's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Victor Heredia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Radoslaw Miarka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Zbigniew Cymbal fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Astral's protests and gave Zbigniew Cymbal a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Astral getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Zbigniew Cymbal hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Heredia got free with Radoslaw Miarka in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Heredia in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Radoslaw Miarka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. John Locke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kacper Figlewski in the 17th minute of the match. John Locke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Skaradowski in the 20th minute of play. If Teofil Tyskie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SAN LORENZO FC's Simon Eufrasio was substituted for Sergio Marchi. The supporters of SAN LORENZO FC booed when Astral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyprian Jajko didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the game, Nereo Rodas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
