The supporters of Granicerul booed when Lα Sυв 21 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guido Bartolome didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute Eusebiu Ianculescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernesto Merexildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Ares, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. A collision led to Granicerul getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Andrei Florei hit a great ball. 52 minutes into the match, Severiano Enekoitz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Octavian Bebeșel, 0-1. Octavian Bebeșel came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Lα Sυв 21's Severiano Enekoitz. But to his dismay, Severiano Enekoitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Granicerul's Andrei Florei got a free kick in the 58th minute. If Severiano Enekoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Granicerul's Octavian Bebeșel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Granicerul from getting a goal against them. Pablo Vegetti received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Octavian Bebeșel came out and tried to block the shot, but Pablo Vegetti slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 81st minute. Pablo Vegetti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octavian Bebeșel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match Lα Sυв 21 got a corner. Granicerul's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cirilo Fe ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Granicerul's goalie and right to Pablo Vegetti. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Granicerul's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Pablo Vegetti succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 87th playminute. After a defensive mix-up in Granicerul's zone, Pablo Vegetti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavian Bebeșel came out of the goal and Pablo Vegetti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezar Mârzac in the 93rd minute of play forced Lα Sυв 21's goalkeeper Ernesto Merexildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Lα Sυв 21's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
