Jens Berggren charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richard Glenda in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Denver Gagnon made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Alex Lidström sent off a good shot on target. In the 22nd minute Köping were awarded a corner. Fredrik Abelsson went to the cornerflag to take it. Fredrik Abelsson made a great header on Köping's corner, it was just that JuSi Malacky's Denver Gagnon managed to reach the ball for a save. After 25 played minutes Köping got a freekick which was hit by Ian Kvalfält. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tibor Janič in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Köping's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JuSi Malacky the free kick. In the 28th minute, Stellan Söderqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ján Janovský blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jack Lindgren having to make a save. 31 minutes into the game, Tomáš Tóth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jack Lindgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Denver Gagnon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elliott Bredberg in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute Henning Beckeman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denver Gagnon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The attack was good, but when Ľubomír Čuntala in the 39th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After 42 minutes, Tibor Janič made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Köping's Jack Lindgren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Köping players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. JuSi Malacky were winning 1-2.
After a defensive mix-up in JuSi Malacky's zone, Henning Beckeman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denver Gagnon came out of the goal and Henning Beckeman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Denver Gagnon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Lidström in the 64th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Köping's goal looked a bit too open when Tibor Janič came free, but Jack Lindgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 66 played minutes Köping got a freekick which was hit by Alex Lidström. With his leg Jack Lindgren managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when JuSi Malacky's Ľubomír Čuntala fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Köping's Jack Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tibor Janič in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Köping was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Lidström to maneuver through the defense. Jack Lindgren didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 74th minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. After some careless play in the Köping defense, Richard Glenda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jack Lindgren. The Köping fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jack Lindgren should have stopped the shot. JuSi Malacky's Denver Gagnon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elliott Bredberg in the 81st minute of play. Denver Gagnon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliott Bredberg in the 97th minute of the match.
The Köping supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching JuSi Malacky's performance. The match ended with a win for JuSi Malacky.
