Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Peru's Julian Murillo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maurinho Senna got free with Rolando Noboa in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 4thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ♦Diabetes♦'s Jonas Chorache was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurinho Senna in the 8th minute of play. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sergio Verdi in the 13 minute of the game. A nice corner shot did that Alonso Berganza got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonas Chorache quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonas Chorache read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Ronaldinho came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Milagros Fraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Jonas Chorache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Chorache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ♦Diabetes♦'s Jonas Chorache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 44th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Julian Murillo put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jonas Chorache. After the first half Peru were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

♦Diabetes♦'s Jonas Chorache proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save ♦Diabetes♦ from getting a goal against them. Cristiano Ronaldinho took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. ♦Diabetes♦ made a substitution. 方挺寒 replaced Daniel Björk. If 方挺寒 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of ♦Diabetes♦ booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Berganza. 71 minutes into the match, ♦Diabetes♦'s goalkeeper Jonas Chorache had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Jonas Chorache in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Cordara, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Maurinho Senna made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Efraim Gilabert. ♦Diabetes♦'s Jonas Chorache proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save ♦Diabetes♦ from getting a goal against them. If Leonel Cordara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 93rd minute Rafael Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Chorache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Milio kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Peru played a much better game than ♦Diabetes♦ and deserved their victory. The ♦Diabetes♦ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
