Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Costa Rica's Axel Tasis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Saba Bodø struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Habilirows. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the game, Habilirows's Zé Paulo Ramos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Zé Paulo Ramos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celsinho Messias got free with Benito Sanz in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 21 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Alcocer. In the 22nd minute of the match Celsinho Messias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Paulo Ramos in the 23rd minute of play. Habilirows's Guilherme Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgar Grönlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Puig in the 28th minute of play. Amílton de Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 34thth minute of the game Guilherme Garcia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Zé Paulo Ramos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. When Eliseo Noboa came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Noboa couldn't finish the play. Saba Bodø recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Paulo Ramos scored 5-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 47th minute of play forced Habilirows's goalkeeper Edgar Grönlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guilherme Garcia was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Habilirows got a freekick which was hit by Zé Paulo Ramos. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Guilherme Garcia made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guilherme Garcia in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. In the 58thth minute of the game Guilherme Garcia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Axel Tasis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Grönlund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Aaron Alcocer got a free kick in the 74th minute. Guilherme Garcia took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Edgar Grönlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Tasis, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the game, Habilirows's Zé Paulo Ramos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. 93 minutes into the game, Lautaro Puig was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Habilirows the free kick. Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Zé Paulo Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guilherme Garcia in the 96th minute of play. Habilirows's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
