When Julian Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Murillo couldn't finish the play. After 7 played minutes Ema City got a freekick which was hit by Andre Buncol. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartosz Trzenzalski was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Bartosz Trzenzalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonso Berganza to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 22nd minute of play forced Ema City's goalkeeper Bartosz Trzenzalski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maciej Parzysz. Bartosz Trzenzalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 25th minute of play. José Carneiro took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The supporters of Ema City booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Carneiro in the 39th minute of play. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Julian Murillo sped through Ema City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bartosz Trzenzalski. In the 47th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonso Berganza to maneuver through the defense.

Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Bartosz Trzenzalski made a huge save. In the 53rd minute of the match Peru got a corner. Ema City's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Moises Gayoso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bartosz Trzenzalski quite easily take care of the ball. Ema City's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Moises Gayoso 53 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Ema City's Qiu Wei Yan was substituted for Marek Mockiewicz. After a rather tough play, Ema City's Andre Buncol got a free kick in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Ema City's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Bartosz Trzenzalski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Ema City's Bartosz Trzenzalski got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bartosz Trzenzalski was a little too slow when Eliseo Mina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-3. The audience was convinced that José Carneiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. After 80 minutes Peru's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Selçuk Özgebay who took care of the corner kick. In the 83rd minute, Peru's Julian Murillo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. If José Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 92nd minute, Peru's Rafael Gallo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bartosz Trzenzalski. Bartosz Trzenzalski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. The Ema City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
