Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Gyál United's Walmir Breckenfeld started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walmir Breckenfeld's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. In the 10thth minute of the game Maximiliano Escribano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gyál United's Horaţiu Petran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 11th play minutes Walmir Breckenfeld shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Joaquin Gayoso and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 20th minute, Walmir Breckenfeld made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Konstantinos Kroustallis kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Escribano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Walmir Breckenfeld sent off a good shot on target. Horaţiu Petran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute of the match Uruguay got a corner. Gyál United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaime Cazalla ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 37th minute of the match, Zoltán Varga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Joaquin Gayoso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Francisco Seco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Horaţiu Petran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Francisco Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gyál United's Konstantinos Kroustallis got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Francisco Seco made the kick off in the second half. Grigore Stoicu struck a weak shot in the 50th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gyál United. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmir Breckenfeld in the 52nd minute of play. Horaţiu Petran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 54th minute. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Horaţiu Petran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zoltán Varga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Walmir Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Horaţiu Petran made a huge save. 72 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Konstantinos Kroustallis came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Konstantinos Kroustallis kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Gyál United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Francisco Seco scored to the left of an out of position Horaţiu Petran, making the score, 3-2. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmir Breckenfeld in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Gyál United's Walmir Breckenfeld nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Kevin Carballal got a free kick in the 91st minute. Gyál United's Konstantinos Kroustallis got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Zoltán Varga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zoltán Varga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gyál United had won after a very even match.
