Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Carvalhais in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Joaquim Carvalhais fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Noel Seide, passed just outside the right post. Homero Cerqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Haiti's Gesner Philippe got a free kick in the 10th minute. Jonathan Alphonse scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Armindo Bettencourt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Henrique Linhares made in the 19th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Haiti's Jean Marie Alcius. If Joaquim Carvalhais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armindo Bettencourt came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse. But to his dismay, Jonathan Alphonse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Haiti's Felix Dorval in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rua da Pinga's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Jonathan Alphonse hit a great ball. Armindo Bettencourt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernso Constant's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 41st minute of play forced Rua da Pinga's goalkeeper Armindo Bettencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Rua da Pinga players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Haiti were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elias Quadros to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Alphonse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gesner Philippe got free with Armindo Bettencourt in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernso Constant to maneuver through the defense. Rua da Pinga's Alexandre Garcia managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Felix Dorval in the 61 minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Joaquim Carvalhais managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rua da Pinga's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquim Carvalhais was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noel Seide breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armindo Bettencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 69th minute of play. Armindo Bettencourt made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Ernso Constant sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gesner Philippe got free with Armindo Bettencourt in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albérico Gouveia's late challenge caught a Haiti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albérico Gouveia helped the player get up and apologised. Albérico Gouveia hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the game, Silvano Trigueiro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Haiti's Ernso Constant quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Armindo Bettencourt was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Jonathan Alphonse capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jonathan Alphonse really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernso Constant in the 91st minute of play forced Rua da Pinga's goalkeeper Armindo Bettencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armindo Bettencourt came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse. But to his dismay, Jonathan Alphonse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4.
