Xesc Labarra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Chacarita Futsal getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Genaro Min hit a great ball. Miguel Ángel Santoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Esteve Paublo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chacarita Futsal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 29th minute, Tomas Illescas made a precise shot to the right of Miguel Ángel Santoro. Chacarita Futsal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Esteve Paublo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Segundo Jacindo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chacarita Futsal and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Esteve Paublo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th match minute, Chacarita Futsal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Vargas to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Xesc Labarra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chacarita Futsal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. 63 minutes into the match, Xesc Labarra notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Chacarita Futsal's Arild Nodland was substituted for Esteve Paublo. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Xesc Labarra put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play.
