Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Militros F.C.'s Paulão Freire started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Paulão Freire reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. The goal made the score 1-0. When Cosimo Tagliente fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Militros F.C.'s protests and gave Cosimo Tagliente a yellow card for diving instead. Gerd Pollmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 8th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Paulão Freire's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Francisco Seco struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Gerd Pollmann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Cosimo Tagliente sent off a good shot on target. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uruguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sandrinho Cunha was slow to take the kick. During this time Militros F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Cosimo Tagliente was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 31 played minutes Militros F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Yan Negri. Jaime Cazalla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gerd Pollmann having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerd Pollmann saved Militros F.C. from getting behind. Sandrinho Cunha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Escribano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerd Pollmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Militros F.C.'s Wanderson Valencia was substituted for Paulão Freire. The wind increased when Francisco Seco made the kick off in the second half. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wanderson Valencia in the 54th minute of play. Militros F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sandrinho Cunha in the 59th minute. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Militros F.C.'s Wanderson Valencia. But to his dismay, Wanderson Valencia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Militros F.C.'s Francisco Regis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Arturo Carvallo in the 70 minute of the game. The Uruguay fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bruno Beldad kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The Militros F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Militros F.C.'s Wanderson Valencia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 84th minute, Francisco Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 87th minute, Wanderson Valencia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. After a rather tough play, Militros F.C.'s Evert Skräddare got a free kick in the 94th minute. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wanderson Valencia in the 97th minute of the match. The Militros F.C. players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
