Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Ulan Bator Football Club's Willy Smidts got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ball Packert showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Camilo Gisbert in the 6th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ulan Bator Football Club's Dany-Adams Van Deyck. Ball Packert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Ball Packert. Ulan Bator Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Camilo Gisbert's late challenge caught a Ulan Bator Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Gisbert helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute Jérémy Doku shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Cristian Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Gisbert got a throw-in 23 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Luis Andino. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Jérémy Doku managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ulan Bator Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Jérémy Doku was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jérémy Doku in the 30th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Jérémy Doku managed to get in a good position for a shot. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Ulan Bator Football Club's Jérémy Doku fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Ulan Bator Football Club's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ball Packert came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 52 played minutes Ulan Bator Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Jarno Depelsmaker. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Ball Packert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camilo Gisbert made in the 60th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luis Andino however managed to control. 67 minutes in the game Camilo Gisbert did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Cristian Sancho. Stephan Vanneste kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Ulan Bator Football Club's Ball Packert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 70th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Ball Packert in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ulan Bator Football Club's Jérémy Doku got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roy Debrouwere kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jérémy Doku in the 79th minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Stephan Vanneste was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ulan Bator Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 83rd minute, Stephan Vanneste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulan Bator Football Club's Toon Teunens was substituted for Jérémy Doku. Stephan Vanneste kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Ulan Bator Football Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
