Dieter Denys hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Moura's Edmondo Colella got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juli Alvarez took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chico Pinho. Chico Pinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 21st minute, Thiago de Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Juli Alvarez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chico Pinho was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. If Alvaro Ramiréz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dieter Denys in the 35th minute. In the 37thth minute of the game Alvaro Ramiréz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moura's Chico Pinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Moura's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Ramiréz came free, but Chico Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chico Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dieter Denys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When Geraldo Loyola fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moura's protests and gave Geraldo Loyola a yellow card for diving instead. Chico Pinho made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Alvaro Ramiréz sent off a good shot on target. 91 minutes into the match, Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Alvaro Ramiréz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chico Pinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
