The Skates's Jens-Ola Lund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juli Alvarez in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Degas in the 18th minute of play forced Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's goalkeeper Thibaut Vandamme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Ola Lund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juli Alvarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Robert Kalfhage hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, The Skates's Robert Bugajski got a free kick in the 47th minute. After 48 played minutes, Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Dieter Denys shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jens-Ola Lund came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Berenjenas de Punto Fijo reached it. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Venancio Guillen kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's corner Dieter Denys fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jens-Ola Lund quite easily take care of the ball. Jens-Ola Lund was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dieter Denys. Jens-Ola Lund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Behram Vacit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Skates's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Alvaro Ramiréz scored to the left of an out of position Jens-Ola Lund, making the score, 0-3. Thibaut Vandamme came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by The Skates's Gustav Hybbert. But to his dismay, Gustav Hybbert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The Skates's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Juli Alvarez scored to the left of an out of position Jens-Ola Lund, making the score, 1-4. In the 84th match minute, The Skates was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilhelm Karlstedt to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, The Skates's goal looked a bit too open when Juli Alvarez came free, but Jens-Ola Lund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Skates's Jens-Ola Lund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Behram Vacit in the 88th minute of play. Juli Alvarez's late challenge caught a The Skates's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juli Alvarez helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Berenjenas de Punto Fijo getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Juli Alvarez hit a great ball. In the 94th minute Gustav Hybbert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thibaut Vandamme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded.
