Casado Arambula fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Duarte having to interfere. After 49 minutes Leones FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tiago Clavell who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Tiago Clavell almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Leones FC's Alfonso Villamarin did a great save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Radamel-Falcao García made a kick off. Leones FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Liu Feng Zhen in the 57th minute. The corner ended in Casado Arambula almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s Lucas Duarte did a great save. 62 minutes into the match, E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s Radamel-Falcao García sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfonso Villamarin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mieszko Zajonc kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. E L C O K O F C ® E V G ® made a substitution. Aurelian Dinu replaced Ortzi Soriano. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Leones FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mieszko Zajonc was slow to take the kick. During this time E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s players had a chance to rest. The corner led E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s Mieszko Zajonc to fire away a dangerous shot which Alfonso Villamarin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alfonso Villamarin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ordono Balda in the 78th minute of the match. Lucas Duarte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oriol Loyola in the 84th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelian Dinu came free, but Alfonso Villamarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ordono Balda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
