The audience thought a goal was coming when Willie Colon got free with Lei Bin in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Chuan Cintron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Huyghebaert in the 81st minute of the match. Lei Bin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willie Colon, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Willie Colon scored 2-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lei Bin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. AFC United's Isa Savage was substituted for Edward Huyghebaert.
