Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nistor Sfetcu. Nistor Sfetcu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 36th minute of play forced bullfinches's goalkeeper Nistor Sfetcu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Felix Montenegro advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-4 in the 37th minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nistor Sfetcu having to interfere. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Cristian Sancho hit a great ball.

Liviu Zubaşcu took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. The bullfinches fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
