Colombia were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Bacardi Black Bats's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Montenegro took the corner. After taking down the ball on Colombia's corner Axel Montenegro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Artur Brudzisz quite easily take care of the ball. In the 11th minute, Horaţiu Bacalbașa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Horaţiu Bacalbașa came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Bacardi Black Bats fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horaţiu Bacalbașa couldn't finish the play. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Bacalbașa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelito Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After 17 minutes, Horaţiu Bacalbașa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bacardi Black Bats and the Colombia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, Bacardi Black Bats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horaţiu Bacalbașa to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horaţiu Bacalbașa in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. Bacardi Black Bats's Artur Brudzisz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 23rd minute of play. Artur Brudzisz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Axel Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Artur Brudzisz. Bacardi Black Bats's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After 43 played minutes Bacardi Black Bats got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Calçada. Artur Brudzisz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bacardi Black Bats's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Axel Montenegro was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. In the 55th match minute, Bacardi Black Bats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Calçada to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the game, Kevin Mastache was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colombia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bacardi Black Bats the free kick. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Kevin Mastache got a free kick in the 56th minute. Orlando Tafalla hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After 74 minutes of play, Bacardi Black Bats's Horaţiu Bacalbașa made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Artur Brudzisz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Mastache in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horaţiu Bacalbașa in the 88th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bacardi Black Bats's Horaţiu Bacalbașa got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After 97 played minutes Bacardi Black Bats got a freekick which was hit by Michal Parzysz. Artur Brudzisz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Secada, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. Bacardi Black Bats's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
