Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jânio Lira took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ezequiel Ortiz came free with the goalkeeper in the 3rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rolando Noboa could save by the left post. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jânio Lira in the 5th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Torreão OFF's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Zézinho Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 11th minute of play forced Torreão OFF's goalkeeper Zézinho Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 15th minute. A nice corner shot did that Moises Gayoso got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zézinho Freitas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A throw-in in the 18th minute of the game was made by Jairo de Souza with Kaur Laving as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 19th minute Jânio Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 28thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torreão OFF's Zézinho Freitas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 31 minutes of play, Peru's Julian Murillo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zézinho Freitas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eliseo Mina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th match minute, Torreão OFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunther Hillgaard to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Torreão OFF booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Alvarado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 54 in the game by Julian Murillo from a close distance when the talented Zézinho Freitas managed to make a qualified save. Torreão OFF's players were relieved. Zézinho Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo de Souza hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Jânio Lira came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Zézinho Freitas in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zézinho Freitas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Jairo de Souza made in the 70th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sebastião Maranhense. In the 74th minute of the game Jairo de Souza made a throw-in which Gunther Hillgaard played forward. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jânio Lira in the 80th minute of play. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. After a rather tough play, Torreão OFF's Kaur Laving got a free kick in the 85th minute. A collision led to Torreão OFF getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Teodoro Dubardo hit a great ball. Kaur Laving hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jânio Lira in the 94th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torreão OFF made a substitution. Luís Guilherme de Andrade replaced Ezequiel Ortiz. Torreão OFF's Gocha Head Son was substituted for Jânio Lira. The Peru supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Peru would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
