Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Axel Martinsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Axel Martinsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute of play. After having played for 19 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Martinsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 minutes of play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Axel Martinsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Axel Martinsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience was convinced that Felix Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Axel Martinsson was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Per Eliasson made the kick off in the second half. Felix Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Axel Martinsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. 53 minutes into the game, Albert Gernberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sundens BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Albert Gernberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gert Wickander kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 63rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Zorita to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 66th playminute. In the 72nd minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. In the 76th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Axel Martinsson. Axel Martinsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Gert Wickander hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Albert Gernberg was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. A collision led to Sundens BK getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Albert Gernberg hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita got in the 86th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Axel Martinsson. This was a shot which ended in a score of 1-5. After 90 minutes, Agustín Saelices mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the Sundens BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Axel Martinsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Ecuador played a much better game than Sundens BK and deserved their victory. The Sundens BK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
