Lautaro Navarro was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Luiz Faria capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luiz Faria really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The throw-in from Jun Misugi in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Emanuel Ocampo. 20 minutes into the game, Jun Misugi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Christian Sancho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Luiz Faria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. In the 39th minute, Sconvols United's Luiz Faria ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. In the 44th minute of the game Ivan Navarro made a throw-in which Sebastian Villa played forward. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st match minute, Sconvols United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Faria to maneuver through the defense. When Luiz Faria came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Sconvols United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Faria couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Faria in the 55th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivan Navarro charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivan Navarro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Navarro to maneuver through the defense. Ivan Navarro made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Sebastian Villa however managed to control. In the 60th minute, Luca Espinar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Honduras's Luca Espinar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jun Misugi in the 63 minute of the game. 67 minutes into the match, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angelo Di Salvatore narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Honduras booed when Sconvols United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florian Vinci didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Sconvols United's goalkeeper Angelo Di Salvatore had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. 77 minutes in the game Jun Misugi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Florian Vinci. Luiz Faria kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 89th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Di Salvatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90 played minutes Sconvols United got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Faria. Angelo Di Salvatore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Sconvols United support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
