Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After 5 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Reinaldo Castro who took care of the corner kick. Jonatan Dantae recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Martín Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martín Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Reinaldo Castro was slow to take the kick. During this time Metal Juniors's players had a chance to rest. In the 17th minute, Martín Palermo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martín Palermo in the 23rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Antonio Eyague advanced and headed the ball into goal, 2-0 in the 26th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martín Palermo in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Metal Juniors's Martín Palermo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. After a rather tough play, Metal Juniors's Marco Ireno got a free kick in the 34th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martín Palermo got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martín Palermo. After 47 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martín Palermo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Martín Palermo made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Metal Juniors's Daniel Păvăloae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 60th minute of play. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 61st minute. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Daniel Păvăloae in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Metal Juniors made a substitution. Gaspar Gerazan replaced Gervasio Favila. Metal Juniors made a substitution. Sergio Dennis replaced Martín Palermo. Joshua Secada kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After 75 played minutes Metal Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Gorosti. After 80 minutes, Sergio Dennis made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Haroldo Nayely kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Metal Juniors's Sergio Dennis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Dennis in the 89th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergio Dennis went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Dennis in the 95th minute of the match.
